Our Training Programs: Ensuring total client satisfaction

To ensure that only qualified seafarers are recommended to its principals, an in-house training program is mandated to them prior to their assignment. The training program is developed to improve seafarers' knowledge of vessel operations and port regulations. It also discusses policies and various requirements expected from seafarers by their principals and vessels' masters. These seminars aim to make crewmembers fully equipped with knowledge relevant at sea and in port.

Deck Engine officers are encouraged to undergo regular upgrading courses to make them globally competitive.

The training program is in accordance with standards set by latest International Safety Management/Safety Management System (ISM/SMS), International Maritime Organization (IMO) and Standard of Training and Certification Watchkeeping (STCW ) 1995 requirements.
